CHEERS TO THE NEW AGE!

Of all things I love, my birthday has to be one of the best. I love the whole idea of birthdays. Messages, calls, posts, gifts and the love shown to you. Years ago, I used to be all hyped about my birthday from the beginning of the year or few months to my birthday. The story is different this year. I'm concerned about making me a better person. Adult life is setting in fully so i'd say I have more to worry about than just birthdays. There are many years to come and all I want to focus on is consistency, genuine happiness, success, true love and many other great things. This past year, one of the things I wished for is to be closer to God. I'm a step closer to Him and I am indeed proud of myself. I'm working on making the later years better than the past. And with God alone this is possible. There are bright days and of course sad days. I'll pick the pieces of the bad days to make the future beautiful. I want this new age to be an evidence of greatness and growth in my life. I want to make an impact in the life of others. It's my birthday and I want to share with you some things I learnt over the years. Here goes; • Be Optimistic Be hopeful about the things that are yet to come. Be confident in the success of whatever it is you are doing. It helps you give a positive response to everything. Even when you're unsure of what the future holds, be positive. • Take note of every detail Do not ignore anything. It would eventually be useful. No knowledge is a waste. Be observant. The secret of life are kept in plain sights. Pay attention to your environment. • Be proud of yourself Your applaud has to be the loudest. Do it even when no one is impressed. • Let your happiness come first I strongly believe that you cannot give what you don't have. Same applies to happiness. Work on making yourself happy so you can make others happy. • Love should lead • Be creative • Acquire a skill • Meet people Meet people who are of utmost importance to your life be it career, relationship, family or anything that is important to you. • Do not trust too much It breaks you when you eventually get hurt by the one you trusted so much. • Make smart moves • Make money moves • Let your success do the talking

Work in silence and let your success do the talking. Many people do not want to see you move forward or be fortunate. Grind hard. Hustle hard. It's never enough when you truly want success. It's July 2nd again! I'm thankful to God for another year. I truly appreciate my family and friends. I cherish the constant push to make me do better. Thank you for subscribing and reading.
