CREATE!

I believe this is a post we all can relate to. As the title states, i'm creating. For some weeks i've been unable to create content or put words in writing for the public to read. Your question for me must be "why?". Reason is I've been lazy and making no effort. Everyday I question myself as to why I'm not being consistent and creative enough and I give the regular excuse "I'm too tired. I'll do it tomorrow". Here I am, pushing creativity away from myself. If i'm not ranting about my inability to write then the story is I am not putting in work. I had a conversation with a friend. He said "What are you up to?" I replied "Trying to write something but nothing's coming " Then he said "What do you want to write about?" I replied "Tbh, I don't know. I really need to write something. My head is just blank at the moment" He said "Too many distractions I guess" My reply was "Probably" My friend: "You need to start paying attention to your environment. Protect your creative spaceeeeee" Reason i'm sharing this conversation with you is because of the last thing he said. "PROTECT YOUR CREATIVE SPACE". No jokes, it's been ringing in my head since he said that to me. For some reason, I felt like putting words in place. I felt like it was some resurrection for my blog. I said to myself. Create! Create! Create! I realised that for you to get creative you need to keep pushing. You need to be consistent. Stop making excuses as to why you aren't doing what you are supposed to. Consistency is a key attribute to creating. Keep doing it. For writers or bloggers, even if the blog post doesn't make sense, keep writing until it gets suitable for the public. Create many opportunities for yourself. Personally, I usually need someone to keep reminding and telling me to create. It feels like some sort of motivation. Just Create!
